Peter Jacobsen plays occasionally on the Champions Tour after a stellar 30-year PGA Tour run that netted him seven victories, but these days the Portland, Oregon, resident stays busy as a television announcer and popular event headliner. He took the latter role at this year's Haggin Oaks Golf Expo with two onstage appearances on April 30, and in between took some time to talk golf with ESPN Radio 1320's on-air personality and Fairways + Greens contributor Frank LaRosa. His love for the game and its history is palpable — as is his passion for Pebble Beach.

Frank LaRosa’s 20-year tenure as a golf writer includes his three-times-a-day golf reports as producer and host of “Golf To Go” on ESPN 1320 radio in Sacramento, Calif. Frank covers equipment, personalities, golf courses and more. He is a two-time winner of the Northern California PGA’s Media Person of the Year Award. LaRosa is a member of the California Golf Writers and Broadcasters Association and the Golf Writers Association of America.
